My cat has been having diarrhea on and off for a couple weeks, she is still making it to the litter box but when I clean it out it's apparent she's having issues. Anything I can do to help her out? I do not feed her table food or any tuna or fish or milk. She's been on the same diet for months and is an indoor cat. She's never been out of my apartment in the four months I've had her. She is 8 years old and about 2 lbs overweight but otherwise healthy. Basically… Try a bland diet for a couple of days, as an example chicken and rice, or white fish. I admit i'm more of a dog person, but i've had this cat for 16 yrs. I got her when she was 1 week old and had to bottle feed her. I know i'm going to have to make my peace with her before too long, but the vet says she's in good shape. Hearing and eyesight are still there. She doesn't walk as smoothly as she once did.
